All new customers receive personalized onboarding with the Duck.design team. New users are onboarded via a quick 30-minute call. During the main onboarding session, we efficiently prepare you to start submitting projects, covering the essentials of Duck.design and your specific design needs. We also run a workshop to fully understand your brand and ensure we’re positioned to deliver world-class creative.

Yes, we do. Custom plans are available for those who need solutions beyond our level 3 options in each plan type.

Duck.design is built for volume and scalability – this is our specialty, so you’re in capable hands. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Creative Project Manager (CPM) who will oversee all your design tasks, whether ongoing or one-time projects. You can submit your projects and talk to your CPM directly, and your CPM keeps tracking, estimates, file sharing and feedback organized in one place. Meanwhile, your CPM ensures everything runs smoothly in the background, aligning our design team with your project requirements and timeline. We adapt our processes to fit seamlessly with yours. Whether you operate in two-weeks sprints or have longer campaigns that require more detailed planning, we can adjust accordingly. We manage your tasks in Trello, where you can see all active tasks and their status. At onboarding, a project manager joins to plan the work with you, and an art director reviews every piece before it reaches you.

Pricing depends on the scope of the project. Before you start, we estimate how many hours your tasks will take: for example, presentation design takes about 6 hours, brand identity design about 20 hours and UX/UI design about 24 hours (see the estimates above). You then choose a package of 45, 65 or 105 hours.
